60 Day Progress!

As someone who had not worked out in several years, I never thought I would be able to really get into shape. Every time I made an attempt to get into better physical condition, I would find some excuse of why I couldn't eat right and hit the gym.

That all changed in August, when I made a conscious choice to commit to changing. I changed my diet slightly and began to exercise regularly. Two weeks ago we with the 60 day mark.


To date I am down 28.5 pounds and have lost inches off my waist. I am beginning to see my ab muscles come back to the point it may even be possible to have a six pack! In addition to losing weight, my blood pressure is almost back to normal. I also feel as good as I have in years.

There are two real reasons I am having success losing weight. First, I am working out for 20 to 30 minutes a day, four days a week. I use Insanity for Cardio, and P90X or free weights for my strength work. I love Insanity and P90X because I can do them anywhere, at virtually any time of day.

The second reason for my success is Shakeology. I began using Shakology the last week of August, and it is a game changer. It is the best meal replacement shark on the market. I drink Shakeology in the morning for breakfast every day. It gets me through the morning until lunch, and I don't have cravings for junk food. Shakeology was the catalyst for changing my diet habits.
